At Vuori Clothing, we strive to provide you with fast, reliable, and affordable shipping options so you can enjoy your new bottoms as soon as possible. Below is an overview of our shipping policy, including delivery times, shipping rates, and how we handle your orders.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options to serve international customers in the future.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods for U.S. orders:
- Standard Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days
- Cost: $5.99 (free for orders over $50)
- Expedited Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days
- Cost: $9.99
- Overnight Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 1 business day
- Cost: $19.99
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Processing Time
After your order is placed, we typically process it within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your order’s status directly on the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the shipping method you choose. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the U.S.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Multiple Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Vuori Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the package as delivered. However, if you have concerns about the status of your package, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
8. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible to update the details before your order ships.
9. Signature Requirements
For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery for added security. If this is the case, it will be noted in your shipping confirmation email.
10. Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, these delays are out of our control. We recommend monitoring your tracking information for updates on any potential delays.
